Return Policy

Happy Vibes Magnet (HVM) accepts exchanges but no refunds. Exchanges are made in the form of a credit. Once the parcel has been received by the warehouse, you will receive a voucher to use on our website. Please note that this voucher is valid for one year and that we do not cover shipping costs for returns, unless the product is defective, or if we made an error on our side.

In order to be accepted, returns must be made within 30 days at the latest and follow the process outlined here :  

  1. Go to the following link: tbd to request a return.
  2. Place the delivery note in the package. Any packages without a delivery slip will not be processed and cannot be refunded.
  3. Return the parcel, packed, protected and in its original condition (details below*) . Print this form, fill it in and enclose it with the parcel. Any package without a return slip will not be processed and will not be refunded.

* For a return request to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original conditions : 

  • in its original packaging,
  • with the labels and hangtags, 
  • in its original, new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition,
  • with the delivery note in the package

    Returns are made at the customer's risk. The loss of your parcel by the carrier during your return will not be exchanged by HVM. If you are shipping an item (or items) worth more than USD 60, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. 

    No exchanges are possible for items purchased on sale, gift cards or other products with a promotional offer.

    Happy Vibes Magnet (HVM) is proud to ship worldwide with 100% carbon neutrality. We offer FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING for all orders of USD 150 or more. For all other orders, shipping rates will vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout. 

    If you live outside of Singapore, please note that local tariffs and duties may apply. Our international shipping suppliers may charge customs and delivery handling fees if they apply in the destination country; those are not included in our shipping charges and they are considered the responsibility of the customer.

    Unfortunately, shipping costs are unavoidable, however, we are constantly hustling the logistics world to make it as fast and cost-effective as possible. Please see below for an approximate delivery time and cost of shipping by location.

    Estimated delivery times

    Here are the estimated delivery times depending on the destination country : 

    Standard delivery : 

    • Singapore : 1-3 working days
    • Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal : 4-10 days
    • Australia, UK, USA : 6-10 working days
    • Rest of the world : 10-14 working days

    Express delivery : 

    • Singapore : 1-2 working days
    • Rest of the world : 3-5 working days

    HVM cannot be held responsible for delays related to the commissioned carriers.

    • Rest of the world : USD 6-20

    Track your package

    Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number, in order to follow all the steps of the delivery.
