Textile Exchange

Textile Exchange makes sure that the materials used to make clothing are produced in a way that supports our planet, its ecosystems, and its communities.

Our fabric
Our fabric is certified by Global Recycled Standard (GRS). The standard applies to the full supply chain and addresses traceability, environmental principles, chemical restrictions, social requirements and labelling.

Global Recycled Standard
GRS work focuses on how resources are farmed, sourced, and extracted from the earth, plants, and animals. This is known as Tier 4 of the supply chain, and it accounts for 24% of the fashion and textile industry carbon footprint. Its goal is to reduce the emissions that come from these processes by 45% by 2030.
